•A non-refundable deposit/payment is due to secure your appointment. After deposit is paid feel free to contact Alicia at (901) 610-0101 (text only) to discuss your tattoo if needed. (I'm not guaranteed to answer calls but when you contact me I'll try my best to respond in a timely manner.)

•I accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo as payment.

By paying the requested deposit you acknowledge the following:

•The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is to secure your appointment, and is a agreement between the artist and client for creating the design/tattoo, and body art on the one time scheduled date and time, including a 15 minute grace period.

•All clients must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18  (age 16 to 17) a parent must be present, proof of guardianship "birth certificate", and ID's for the client and parent is required before the tattoo is applied. Without these 3 documents you will lose your deposit, and another appointment date will be made at your expense.)

•There's a 15 minute grace period. After the 15 minutes your deposit is forfeited. Please be on time.

•If you must reschedule please do so 24 hours before your set appointment. You can do so through your email notification that you receive after booking. 

•Numbing cream is available, (yes it works but will not take 100% of the pain away,) and can be booked as a service as well. Numbing cream takes a minimum of 1 hour to absorb into the skin and must be booked with appointment. If you have your own numbing cream, that's fine. Keep it wrapped til the artist removes it.

•If you are sick, or become sick please reschedule. This includes your monthly friend ladies, especially if you're getting a tattoo below your waist.

•No entourages. This is a private studio. I service 1 client at a time. 1 guest allowed per client. 

•If you are pregnant, no tattoos will be applied knowingly at all. I refuse to tattoo anyone who is pregnant.

•No babies, toddlers, or kids allowed.

•If you are rude, obnoxious, overbearing, or have bad hygiene, I will refuse to do your tattoo.

•Eat before you come, or bring snacks. A empty stomach while getting a tattoo is never a good idea.

•Most tattoos are custom designed. A photo and detailed description of what you want is required. Changes will be made to the design if it's someone else's tattoo or a common tattoo. Including Google, and Pinterest pictures.
