•A non-refundable deposit/payment is due to secure your appointment. After the deposit is paid feel free to contact Alicia at (901) 610-0101 (text only) to discuss your tattoo if needed. (I'm not guaranteed to answer calls, but when you contact me, I'll try my best to respond promptly.)
•I accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo as payment.
By paying the requested deposit you acknowledge the following:
•The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit secures your appointment and serves as an agreement between the artist and client for creating the design/tattoo and body art on the scheduled date and time, including a 15-minute grace period.
•All clients must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 (age 16 to 17), a parent must be present, proof of guardianship, "birth certificate", and state or government-issued ID's for the client and parent are required before the tattoo is applied. (School ID'S NOT accepted.) Without these 3 documents, you will lose your deposit, and another appointment date will be made at your expense.
•There's a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your deposit is forfeited. Please be on time.
•If you must reschedule please do so 24 hours before your set appointment. You can do so through your email notification that you receive after booking.
•Numbing cream is available and can be booked as an add-on service when you book an appointment. Yes, it works, but it will not take 100% of the pain away. Numbing cream takes an hour to absorb into the skin and must be booked with your appointment. If you have your own numbing cream, that's fine. Apply the cream 30 minutes before your appointment, wrap with plastic wrap, and keep it wrapped til the artist removes it.
•If you are sick or become sick, please reschedule. This includes your monthly friend ladies, especially if you're getting a tattoo below your waist.
•No entourages. This is a private studio. The artist services 1 client at a time. 1 guest allowed per client.
•If you are pregnant, no tattoos will be applied knowingly at all. I refuse to tattoo anyone who is pregnant.
•No babies, toddlers, or kids allowed.
•If you are rude, obnoxious, overbearing, or have bad hygiene, I will refuse to do your tattoo, and ask you to leave.
Keep it clean. The studio is cleaned daily, especially the restroom to ensure my clients feel comfortable. Please do not leave trash or food particles everywhere, and if you use the restroom avoid leaving urine on the toilet or floor. The artist uses the same restroom, so be considerate of that.
•Eat before you come, or bring snacks. An empty stomach while getting a tattoo is never a good idea.
•Most tattoos are custom designed, but not all of them. Photos and a detailed description of what you want is required. Changes will be made if the design is someone else's tattoo or is common, such as those found on Google or Pinterest. Feel free to contact the artist to discuss the design and the amount of time needed to complete it.
