Under Age Tattoos

In the state of Arkansas it is illegal to apply tattoos to anyone who's  under the age of 16. If you are between the ages of 16-17 and would like to get a tattoo you will need: 

•Parents permission (At least 1 parent must be present during the tattoo session)

•Client State ID (School ID's are NOT accepted)

•Parents State ID (Military ID ok)

•Proof of guardianship (birth certificate)

Without these 3 documents we can not preform any services on anyone who's underage, and you will lose your deposit,  NO  EXCUSES!!!  Any State ID is ok.

All documents will be copied, and filed. Documents will be needed for every future appointment.

I have no use for your ID or Birth certificate. I only need to protect my business as well as myself.
